This position is responsible for assisting with seeking, developing, writing, maintaining, and monitoring grant programs and internal grants compliance reviews for the College.
The annual salary for this position is $57,990.

Essential Functions:
JOB SPECIFIC Assist with seeking, developing, writing, maintaining and monitoring all College grant projects.
Research grant opportunities from government and non-government agencies and make recommendations on grants that meet the College and foundation strategic goals.
Ensure grant proposal submissions are aligned with College's mission and the current foundation and College strategic plans.
This includes only submitting proposals that support the College, that have a project manager at the college, and can be fulfilled successfully by the College.
Ensure mandatory grant documentation is current and available for review upon internal and external request.
Oversee the College's grant reporting and compliance schedule and ensure that grant project directors understand appropriate roles for monitoring, reviewing, and ensuring compliance with funding agency expectations and reporting requirements.
Monitor the performance of College grant programs and review required grant reports to ensure compliance with funding agency requirements.
Submit updates, potential risks, and compliance issues to the Executive Director.
Maintain communication with appropriate grant agencies and foundations.
Recommend visits, outreach, and other meaningful touches to the Executive Director and President to execute.
Monitor the College grant program budgets in order to ensure expenditures do not exceed allocated funding and are in compliance with federal, state, or other agency regulations.
Work with the College accounting department to appropriately track revenue and expenses.
Essential Functions:
STANDARD TO THE ROLE Develop and implement individual performance goals and objectives that align with the College's strategic and institutional effectiveness plans.
Participate in ongoing professional development and stay abreast of the latest trends in the industry.
Serve as a member of the President's Council.
Perform job duties in accordance with College policies and procedures; and bargaining unit agreements as applicable.
QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE AND/OR TRAINING Bachelor's degree required.
3-5 years of experience writing grants and with grant compliance.
Experience working in internet-based grant application system and with project reporting preferred.
Prior work performance must have met or exceeded appropriate work standards in current and prior positions.
Successful candidate will be required to obtain/provide the following clearances prior to hire:
PA Child History clearance PA Criminal Record Check clearance FBI Federal Criminal History Record Basic Employment Verification, National Criminal Database Search, and Five-Panel Drug Screen at College's expense.
