Program Developer


The Westmoreland-Fayette Workforce Development Board is seeking a qualified candidate to work with the healthcare industry to build the infrastructure of a successful sector-based partnership.

The Position Requires:

  • Industry analysis;
  • Solicit healthcare employers.
  • Planning skills, including goal setting, plan implementation and evaluation/business impact.

Candidate Must Have:

  • B.A. in Human Resources, business or related field.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiencies in using Microsoft Office, data and graphic tools;
  • Good communication skills, including visual presentation of data and written presentations;
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

Salary: $36,671, full benefits.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
